"This was a return. I walked In and stood behind another customer who was making a return, to the left of the doors. As the associate was wrapping up with that customer she looked at me and told me to walk clear across the front of the store to go stand in an empty line and wait. I’ve shopped here several times and returned several items as well. Have never had this experience. Not to mention, she was incredibly rude. The woman who ended up completing my return was very nice. I had Planned on doing some more shopping after my return, but after this experience, I walked out and ended up at Target."

"The clothes were great as normal. An associated almost bumped into me, so I said excuse me... he just kept walking and snuffed. My register employee wouldn't touch the clothes I was putting on the counter until I asked her to politely check for security tags. Didn't say anything except the total price."

The rooms to try clothes on were neat and readily available. I like the fact that you never know what you will find every time you go into the store. I was able to check out immediately. I used the restrooms during the course of my visit and they were clean and sanitary. The pricing is a welcome relief from some of the stores I have shopped in! Gordman's stocks a great variety of items. All in all, it was a very pleasant shopping experience."
